After the request for a quote has been answered, if the client accepts the quote presented, 50% of the total amount must be paid to begin the project. After all the necessary information has been collected, the design process begins and will then be sent for review/approval. When the client is satisfied with the result, the remaining amount is paid and the final artwork is sent.
2. What are typical timeframes for completing design projects?
Deadlines may vary depending on the complexity of the project, but I generally work with realistic deadlines to ensure quality work. During the initial consultation, we will discuss specific deadlines for your project.
3. How does the design project review and approval process work?
After the initial design presentation, I provide opportunities for review and feedback. I am committed to working with you to ensure the design meets your expectations and requirements before final approval.
4. Is there a refund policy or satisfaction guarantee?
My priority is customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the end result, I will work to find a solution that meets your expectations. For this same reason, refunds are not offered.
